In Thessaloniki, we are seeing the emergence of new hotels, most of them boutique properties, while the rapid growth in the number of apartments available through the well-known Airbnb platform is now well established. One of the city’s newest accommodation concepts does not fit neatly into either category. Thess Residences is a hospitality concept that, as its team explained to us during our recent visit, offers something distinctly different. We had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Gregoris Skalisthiras, owner of Thess Residences, to gain a deeper understanding of its philosophy and distinctive character.
